*Develop medium to long-term business strategies that position First Advantage as competitive and cost effective in its industry.
*Develop and implement annual business plans with stretch targets.
*Manage the capital and operating budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
*Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key operational, financial and business performance results.
*Drive enhanced operational performance through innovation and quality improvement.
*Manage complexities and competing priorities. Co-ordinate information and activities among groups with differing agendas, across multi-functional areas.
*Will manage day-to-day operations of the Zhuhai operations center, including workload planning and project financial performance.

*Prepare budgets and capital expenditure estimates.
*Responsible for meeting financial commitments. The incumbent will be accountable for providing the resources necessary to grow and take actions to control costs.
*Hold responsibility for all operational headcount forecasting and delivery of financial targets which are accountable to Bangalore operations.

The Successful Applicant
*Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
*Understands and has significant experience in leading change within a range of business and national cultures.
*Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior management or contract management position preferred
*Strong people leadership skills, including the ability to develop, coach and manage the performance of both salaried and waged employees.
*Commercial acumen demonstrated in senior management roles.
*Track record in driving operational performance through innovation and quality improvement.
*Strong strategic and analytical skills.
*Experience in leading organisational change.
*Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
*Strong customer focus.
*Tertiary qualification in a relevant business discipline or equivalent experience and training.
*High level of fluency in business English, both spoken and written
*Native Mandarin and Cantonese required
