About Our Client
Our client is a prominent FMCG brand with growing presence in Hong Kong. They are currently hiring for an experienced Operations Director to join as part of their management team, with the aim of enhancing the service quality and product diversity for their stores.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a results driven team and drive sales performance across the 20+ stores under your regime. You will support the company vision through ownership and accountability for the company's overall sales and profitability; provides leadership and management of stores; leads and drives Store Managers to execute their job duties by creating a fun, challenging and rewarding culture, maximise store volume through store managers (Sales and Profit) in accordance with all store and company goals, policies and procedures; and ensure the brand is maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
The Successful Applicant
Degree educated with a minimum of 12 years retail management or multi-store experience from premium FMCG industry, you will have the ability to analyse financial reports and make decisions based on the information; excellent leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills are also critical to succeed in this role. You will also be involve in retail recruitment and training as relevant.
