About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing and ambitious group with diversified businesses in Hong Kong. They are actively recruiting an experienced Mixologist for their newly launched stylish fusion Japanese restaurant at a prime location in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for designing and serving seasonal and standard a la carte drink menu for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons. You will be required to manage a team of bartenders to enhance the efficiency of bar operation. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, by assessing customers' needs and preferences prior to making your recommendation. Other responsibilities will include inventory control, sourcing new alcohol brands and options and cost control to ensure the restaurant's competitiveness.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will need a minimum of 5-7 years' working experience as a Mixologist, with good knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks. You will also need an excellent understanding of Japanese drinking and be updated in the latest drinking trend. To engage with customers, you will need be approachable and have strong social and interaction skill. Proven overseas working experience and relevant certificate would be advantageous. Fluency in English is essential and overseas applicants are welcome.
