About Our Client
Our client is a fast-expanding FinTech with a growing brand in Hong Kong. Recently secured another massive investment in venture capital, the company is now one of the top FinTech in the region. To support its ongoing business expansion and vibrant marketing campaigns, it is actively looking for a proactive and ambitious Marketing Manager caliber with solid banking product development and management experience to join its team.

The Marketing Manager will have to stay ahead of current market dynamics and be familiar with competitors' products and marketing campaigns to develop the company's product.
This is a highly strategic role responsible for financial product development, product go-to market strategy, market analysis and competitors' benchmarking.
This person will be responsible for developing and managing portfolio management model, look after retention / segmentation / anti-attrition / upselling / cross-selling programs to build a loyal customer base.
The Successful Applicant
The right candidate should be a degree holder with at least 5 years of working experience in banking and product development sector. Knowledge in B2C financial products is a plus.
Fluency in English and Cantonese with excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a strong analytical mindset for market research and product design is essential.
