Manager- Business Transformation
About Our Client
Our client is a well established corporate. They are reputable and well established in Hong Kong. To cater the need of further business development, they are looking for a high calibre individual to join their team for process improvement.
This role will be accountable to drive continuous improvements on the business operation and service level. With project management experience, you will review overall business workflow and look into areas for better efficiency and effectiveness on corporate operational performances. You will perform analysis for further development and implementation of a structured methodology for a smoother process. You will also work closely with cross functional departments to facilitate the business process and system integration.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will have at least 7 years of experience in project and business process management, especially in service area. Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese are required as you will need to communicate with stakeholders across the regions.
