1)Talent Acquisition Effectiveness
Develop talent acquisition strategy and program
Analysis recruiting channels effectiveness regularly and optimize for excellence
Develop and deploy the effectiveness of interviewing technical skillsets
Review and involved in with global HR team for recruitment models go-live in Progresso system
Build talent pool in diversified functions for high caliber talents acquisition
Understand industrial and business dynamic for employment empower initiatives
Guarantee recruiting progress on target cycle time
Build up positive relationships with external recruitment agencies for talent acquisition
2)Training & Development Effectiveness
Develop training & development strategy and programs
Build up training philosophy to well deploy training curriculums
Lead the Polyvalence programs for execution in plant environment
Review and involved in with global HR team for training models go-live in Progresso system
Review competency model for developing gap analysis approach
Plan and deploy training activities, make the planned training activates on target.
Improve training programs per TS16949 requirements.
Collect training feedback and conduct quarterly training quality analysis for training assessment.
Review and develop high quality training vendors and agencies for well management.
3)Talent Management and Employee Motivation Survey(EMS) Facilitation
Review current talent management progress for continuously improvement
Facilitate the talent review process execution for entire organization
Build up PSS succession plan with action plans identified for organizational development purpose
Facilitate EMS process whole cycle on annual basis
Organize local management team for action plans development and execution
4)New Staff Orientation Process Improvement
Evaluate and improve NEO process and ensure all new hires receive adequate information about the job and organization within first 3 months. make sure buddy plan is well deployed, make sure NEO materials is up to date, ensure NEO process materials per TS16949 requirements
Provide new employee individual induction plan per TS16949 requirements
Make sure employee on boarding materials to be more consistent, completed and attractive to new employees.
Communicate to all hiring managers and assigned leaders, ensure the understanding of the roles and responsibilities in the process and follow the process.
5)Documents and Processes Improvement
Work with HOD to develop and/or revise JDs within one month when a new job is created or changed
Define guidance for interview loops and interview cycles and ensure all parties fully understand the process
Guide hiring manager on PSS offering philosophy and process; make sure offers benchmark reasonable and competitive.
Work out training SOP and assist the manager on review and revise training policy for APAC
Recruit right candidates for recruitment and training activities
Plan and allocate team members' work and ensure workload balance
Set objectives to team members and evaluate their performance.
Provide on the job training and coaching to the members.
The Successful Applicant
*Bachelor degree graduate, Master degree is a plus
*Minimum 8 year's experience in recruitment and Training, ideally in multinational companies
*Solid HR knowledge and skills on talent management, training & development, talent management is preferred
*Strong communication skills to people in different level, both in English and Mandarin
*Good interpersonal skills and influencing skills with basic knowledge of people coaching
*Logical thinking, creative thinking and analysis skills with good presentation skills
*Good team player, proactive, positive and passionate
*Conscientious and good at planning
*Good knowledge and practice of MS office software
