About Our Client
A leading US technology firm with global presence.
Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will be responsible for defining and developing talent sourcing strategies, staffing policies, procedures and initiatives across Greater China. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and build positive relationships with a variety of key stakeholders. You will also manage a broad range of HR issues including employee relations, learning & development and HR process re-engineering. You will also work with the Global HR Director on regional projects.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree qualified with at least 5 years of experience in a recruitment management function, preferably at a regional level. Previous exposure to the IT sectors in highly desired. You will have knowledge of Hong Kong and China Labour Law. High level of professionalism as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant HR Manager position.
