About Our Client
Our client is a leading company in the industry with an enviable reputation in Hong Kong. With a long standing history of success and business expansion, they are now seeking a high calibre HR professional to join their dynamic team.
Reporting to Senior Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of Compensation & Benefit (C&B) activities at both the strategic and operational level. Working closely with different business units, you will consult, design and implement sound C&B policies and programs to sustain business strategies and the company's competitiveness in the market. You will also be involved in the alignment of corporate C&B policies, process and systems and salary budgeting programs. In addition, you will lead the HRMS enhancement program and ensure quality delivery of daily C&B services.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 8-10 years of human resources experience, with a focus of C&B management in the Asia Pacific region. A background in policy alignment and driving C&B projects will be highly regarded. You will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to win the respect of internal stakeholders at all levels. A strong numerical sense and data analysis skills will be expected. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential and you must be a dynamic and fast learner with a practical and flexible approach.
