About Our Client
Our client is one of the Asia-Pacific's leading distributor, which is very well-established across the region. Currently they are looking for an experienced candidate to cope with their expansion. They are sourcing a candidate who has strong HRIS knowledge.
This position is responsible for handling the new system projects across Asia Pacific region and maintaining the existing system with good quality.
- Work with both IT and HR team on system analysis and implementation
- Perform testing and training whenever necessary to the users
- Provide support and maintenance to the system
- Monitor the whole system delivery
- Perform trouble-shooting for irregularities of the database, develop solutions
- Maintain quality system by ensuring data integrity; overseeing system stability and delivering as per user needs
- Provide training to end users
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in IT or equivalent
- Solid experience in handling HRIS systems
- Good team player, quality oriented, detail minded with good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
