You will take full responsibility of the HRIS transformation to Peoplesoft and launching of Taleo system. You will establish a collaborative relationship with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. As the key driving person of the project, you will be expected to have high level analytical skills to maximize the efficiency of the system. You will be accountable for HR data analysis and prepare reports for senior management.
The Successful Applicant
The qualified candidate will have a track record in handling HRIS and Taleo migration projects within fast-paced multinational companies with more than 5 years of exposure in Human Resources function and in dealing with HRIS. You should be a team player and high achiever who can deliver results with minimum supervision and within deadlines. You will be good communicator with proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
