About Our Client
Our client is a leading retail electrics company who is already leader in this industry.
They are now looking for a him for one of their most important BUs, and needing a HRM who is good in English and capable in HR management.
A full function role who will need to lead a HR team and make sure HR strategy and operation are developed continuously.
The Successful Applicant
-Advanced Intercultural knowledge, Moderation and presentation, Consulting and facilitating skills, Reporting and controlling, Conflict Management, Change Management, HR IT tools.
-Strong involvement/coordination or leading in projects. Familiar with at least three HR major modules in previous experience.
-Strong inter-personal and cross-functional coordination skills, people sensitivity;
-Quick learner, self-management, influence, innovation and creativity;
-Good communication skills (presentation, report writing etc.) and active team player;
-Capability of measurement and evaluation, adaptable to change;
-Bachelor Degree and above;
-Fluent in spoken and written English and mastery of computer application skills.
-Accepts frequent overseas travel and short-term assignment at overseas.
