About Our Client
Our client is a listed company in manufacturing industry which focuses on high level appliances. It's now expanding quickly and longing for a HRM to assist them into greater business.
*Reporting to the Business head, you will be responsible for searching management level roles for the company and get a whole basic control of recruitment programs including co operations with schools, agencies, etc.
*Help with the implement of the learning and development plans and ensure the performance management is under the requirement of the PRC related laws.
*Be useful in solving employee relationships and labor issues.
*Have an ambitious and forward looking vision to broaden the business of our company in the meanwhile coordinate the payroll process including budget affairs and sometimes may need to deal with C&B activities.
The Successful Applicant
*6+ experience and Broad HR knowledge and experience in key areas such as talent management, employee relations, organizational design, compensation, learning and development, change management, HR policy development.
*Had full experience in dealing with Employee C&B errands and also performance management.
*Proactive, self-motivated and always drive high performance on pressure
*Working experiences in a sizable manufacturing company and multi-national culture is an advantage.
*Grab an overall control of the factory working environment and atmosphere to maintain the satisfaction level of the staffs.
*Strong communicational and interpersonal skills with influence at all levels of the business.
*Fluent English and Mandarin speaker with good written skills.
*Be familiar with PRC employment legislation.
