About Our Client
Our client is one of the world largest company in their industry. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a human resources professional of the highest calibre to join the management team.
Reporting to the General Manager of Human Resources, you will lead the Learning and Development function whilst work closely with HR to act as an internal consultant to all business units. You will be involved in building a strong corporate culture, implementing organisational development initiatives and reviewing the performance management system. You will also need to design and develop leadership programmes, implement talent retention strategies and set up the competency model.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you should have at least 10 years relevant talent and organisation development experience with 5 years in managerial position. With high levels of business acumen and energy, you should be independent and well organised. You will have a proven track record of success in change management, project management and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese are a pre-requisites.
