About Our Client
A fast-growing mass retailer in Hong Kong is looking for a HR Manager with recruitment focus to join their dynamic and expanding team.
Joining one of the fastest-growing team in the retail space now, this role will be mainly responsible for developing efficient and effective recruitment strategies for both frontline and back office staff. He/She will be actively involve in the interview process for their back office staff and frontline managers hiring. The role is primarily focus on analyzing their recruitment needs and improving their existing strategies. It will also be engaged in setting up effective recruitment channels and vendor management. He/She will have to work closely with internal stakeholders, senior management and the store operations, with a team to support this Manager.
The Successful Applicant
They are looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude, energetic, presentable and reliable. Retail and managerial experience is highly preferred. The ideal candidates must have at least 7 years of experience and is a degree holder of Business or HR. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (PTH & Cantonese) is a must.
Occassional travel is required.
