About Our Client
Our client is a well known European Multinational, the need has arisen for a high calibre Human Resources practitioner to join the team.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead the HR transformation project across APAC region. You will take an active role in planning, developing and implementing effective HR strategies to support the needs of the fast-growing business. In addition you will be expected to provide support to the regional office in terms of integrating regional HR activities, participate in the transition in M&A projects, perform a consultant role to senior stakeholders to support their needs. You will also manage a broad range of HR issues including compensation and benefits, HR process re engineering, employee relations and organisational development.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be degree educated with an outstanding track record working as a project manager role. Previous regional exposure will be an advantage. This will be complemented by a strong business acumen and the ability to drive and lead change. Ideally, you will have a background working in a progressive environment where effective human resource management has had a positive impact. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese are a prerequisite.
