About Our Client
Our client is a leading FMCG brand with an impressive global network. An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly skilled human resources professionals to join this rapidly expanding top-tier organisation.
Reporting to the Head of HR and leading a small team, you will oversee a full range of human resources functions. You will maintain the policies implementation/ process needs for all employees within the business unit. As a true HR business partner to senior management, you will provide strategic advice in addition to "hands-on" support for all HR related matters including manpower planning, recruitment, C&B, performance management and employee relations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree qualified with a strong track record generalist capacity for at least 8 years. Experience working with sizeable organisations with supervisory experience is required. High levels of confidence, professionalism, assertiveness and diplomacy as well as a team oriented and "hands-on" approach are essential. This is a key position and will pose exciting challenges for the successful applicant.
