About Our Client
Our client is a Europe based retailer, with a powerful market presence and continued expansion plans across the region, an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic C&B professional to join the growing global organisation.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a major role in developing and managing C&B initiatives and providing expatriate support in the Asia Pacific region. You will recommend and implement a competitive C&B structure that reflects local needs and global guidelines. You will also be involved in the alignment of corporate C&B policies, processes and systems, performance management and salary budgeting programs.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 10 years of human resources experience, with a focus on C&B management in the Asia Pacific region. More specifically, you will display a strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in compensation and benefits. An excellent command of spoken and written English is essential, while a high level of numeric and computer literacy is expected. Dynamic and mature, you must have the proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the region, both internally and externally, while being an excellent team player.
