About Our Client
Our client is a high profile luxury brand, an exciting opportunity has now arisen for a human resources professional of the highest calibre to join the team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will head the Human Resources function and act as an integral part of the senior management team. You will formulate and execute HR strategies to drive organisational excellence. Specifically you will be involved in the full spectrum of HR services including culture building, manpower planning, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits review and HR systems. In addition, you will plan and execute organisational initiatives and formulate internal communication and corporate training strategies to support the Group's growth.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you should have at least 10 years' HR generalist experience with at least 3 years in a senior management position, preferably in luxury retail industry. You should have strong business acumen and practical experience in setting up policies and systems for a medium sized company. Ideally, you should have experience working for an organisation where HR management has had a positive impact to its overall development. Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are a pre-requisite.
