About Our Client
Headquartered in Europe, our client is a renowned brand name with a long and prestigious history. They are a leading player in the luxury space and are vertically integrated from origination to distribution of products. Due to increasing focus in Asia, there is now a global role for a high calibre HR Business Partner to join its office in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Head of HR in London, you are the key HR advisor to their consumer focused businesses globally. Supported by HR Managers in key markets, you will be the key driver in delivering HR strategy across Asia, US, UK and other parts of Europe while driving organisational and cultural changes across the different businesses. You will be focusing heavily in talent management to ensure that top talents are retained and developed consistently across the region. Supporting senior management in each markets, you will be expected to understand and identify business needs while ensuring compliance with local standards and governance in HR issues.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are degree qualified with 8 to 12 years of relevant working experience in a multinational environment. Regional/ Global exposure as a HR Business Partner within a retail or brand marketing organisation will be highly advantageous. You are highly commercial and are comfortable with complex and ambiguous situation. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to influence senior stakeholders effectively. Ability to travel extensively is necessary in this role.
