About Our Client
Our client is an internationally renowned wine and spirits company with a long history and established business. They are looking for strong a strong sales management leader to join their Hong Kong team and assist them in further growing their business. This is an exciting role that will focus on multiple sales channels including on-trade, off-trade and private business. They are looking for people with a strong track record, a multinational background and an exceptional background in sales management join their company.
As the leader of the Hong Kong business, you will take on role that involves business development and people development responsibilities. You will take the lead in identifying opportunities, driving sales and fostering strong relationships with multiple sales channels. Your role will involve cultivating business strategies in line with the company's objectives and will lead the sales staff to execute them. Your role will also be hands-on in managing and expanding each area of business including on-trade, off-trade and private channels. This role will need someone who leads by example to further motivate and guide your team.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate should have a substantial track record in the FMCG or wine and spirits business. You must be currently in a senior management position with strong people leadership skills. You must be self-motivated, result-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills. In addition, you must be hands-on and lead the team by example through your own client management.
