About Our Client
Our client is a renowned FMCG company focused in health products and supplements and they are looking for a Head of Sales to manage their business in Hong Kong. As a strong leader in Hong Kong, they are looking for an experienced sales management professional to take on a leadership role.
The Head of Sales will manage the full sales business and a large team in Hong Kong. The responsible aspects will include people management, increasing market growth, strategic planning, constructing business strategies, and driving sales. You will have a strong staff management responsibility to enhance staff performance while motivating and leading the business. Your role will be responsible for strengthening brand presence and recognition.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in a sales management role. Knowledge on the FMCG and health supplement industry will be preferred. You must be an entrepreneurial and self-driven person with a successful track record, good communication skills, strong commercial acumen and strong leadership abilities. A successful track record is required for this role. Proficiency in Cantonese and English are required.
