About Our Client
Our client is a renowned FMCG company focused in confectionery products, with a wide range of well known and exceptional items in their portfolio. As a strong leader in Hong Kong, they are looking to continue to expand their business and are now hiring a Head of Sales to manage this integral part of their business. This is a senior management position suited for a results driven and hands-on business manager.
The Head of Sales will manage the full sales business and a large team in Hong Kong.
The responsible aspects will include driving P&L, increasing market growth, strategic planning, business strategies and implementation, channel strategies and operational planning and execution. You will be managing different sales units and large amount of staff members. Your staff management responsibility will be to enhance staff performance while motivating and leading the business. You will need to have strong business acumen on growing sales and increasing market share.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate must have at least 12 years of experience within the FMCG industry, and have at least 8 years of senior management responsibilities. You must have a successful track record in driving P&L and defined consumer FMCG knowledge. It is essential that you have strong existing relationships within the market. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are required. You must be results driven and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Proficiency in Cantonese and English are required, while Mandarin is preferred.
