About Our Client
Our client is an internationally renowned fine wine business with a long history and established business. As a leader in Hong Kong, they are looking hire a Head of Sales to lead and grow their business further. This is a great role that will focus on management of private wine sales and the management of the sales team. They are looking for people with strong track records, a multinational background and an exceptional background in wine sales to join their company.
As the leader of the Hong Kong business, you will take on role that involves business development and people development responsibilities. You will take the lead in identifying opportunities, driving sales and fostering strong relationships with private clients. Your role will involve cultivating business strategies in line with the company's objectives and will lead the sales staff to execute them. Your role will also be hands-on in managing your own clients as well as further motivating, leading and guiding your team.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate should have a substantial track record in the Fine Wine business. You must be currently in a senior management position with strong people leadership skills. You must be self-motivated, result-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills. In addition, you must be hands-on and lead the team by example through your own client management.
