As Head of Marketing you will have direct access to the Board and report to the COO. You will part of team focused on driving consumer activity onto the online website platform and into the stores. You will take responsibility for the marketing strategy that will build a team that doubles the customer base whilst creating a brand message that is conveyed and reinforced across multi-channel marketing with strong focus on social media and online innovation. You will coordinate the customer experience so that stores and digital marketing campaigns align and develop a premium brand awareness of product and company alike. Experience working with loyalty card membership and market research analysis highly sought. The successful candidate will be able to deliver these requirements combined with a product range knowledge that would be useful to include skincare, cosmetics, beauty products, nutrition, OTC, healthcare or consumer products etc; ideally within a retail environment.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will demonstrate an exceptional track-record of success leading a sizeable marketing team. Your resume will highlight key wins and achievements most likely attained within the health, beauty, lifestyle, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, OTC, pharmaceutical or FMCG consumer goods sector. Your expertise in creating marketing strategies, assembling a team and driving successful campaigns across multiple marketing channels is essential to this role.
Your working style will be confident yet approachable, influential yet considered whilst detail orientated and engaging. Your capacity to bring stakeholders together, reach optimal outcomes and deliver wins will be essential. Resumes with experience developing European, Korean or Japanese cosmetic brands and supplier experience will be highly regarded. Chinese language is not essential although local marketing experience attained whilst living and working in China is required.
