About Our Client
Our client is an international financial service provider with presence all over the world. With Hong Kong as their key strategic growth market, they are looking to expand their footprint by further engaging into eChannels.
Our client is a renowned financial services provider and they are now looking to expand their product offering and customer experience in e-Channels. In view of that, they are looking to build the eCommerce team and there is a need for a seasoned digital marketer to support its development.
The Successful Applicant
Reporting directly to the Head of eCommerce and Digital, you will be responsible for acting as the key internal "digital shared services unit" to provide all the necessary assistance to the eCommerce team - in areas of Digital marketing, customer analytics, SEO/SEM and digital content etc. You will be the first focal point for both eCommerce teams or other internal "clients" or stakeholders in case they need any help on liasing with eCommerce team for strategic initiatives so that you can act as the bridge to ensure the communication on "same language".
What's on Offer
To qualify, you should have solid local experience having worked in digital agencies before with well-rounded digital experience. Previous FI client servicing experience will be ideal. Familiarity with the mechanism of eCommerce platform will be ideal. Strong commercial sense will be required while you should also have solid experience dealing with/managing various stakeholders. Strong command of Chinese is required.
