Head of Digital - Global Beauty Brand
Regional Role (30% travel is required)
About Our Client
Our client is a global market leader of skincare, cosmetics and fragrance products. In order to build and accelerate its digital marketing capability and activities across APAC, they're now looking for someone who can lead its digital marketing strategies and give the best practice for brands.
This role will be directly reporting to VP of marketing, APAC and responsible for overall digital marketing strategies for the corporate level. You will be acting as internal advisor between HQ marketing organization and local brand teams in the region to provide best practice on digital and social marketing activities. You will be working as digital trainer to educate the global, regional and local and ecommerce teams on digital landscape including digital marketing awareness, social media marketing and performance marketing. You will need to provide guideline and oversight on selection and management of key digital/social media/ creative agency partners as well as social media platforms. You will be working closely with regional online technology team to enable more holistic view and integrated planning process to all digital channels and ecommerce.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree educated in marketing, business, digital or a related discipline. You will have at least 10-15 years of digital and e-Commerce experience in a regional capacity. You will be an expert in B2C digital marketing, be familiar with Asia ecosystem. This position will be suited for someone who is entrepreneurial mindset, is a self-starter, be able to work independently, is able to work in a matrixed environment and. Excellent interpersonal skills with native English is required and one Asian language is highly preferable.
