About Our Client
Our client is a renowned FMCG brand with global reputation. They are now creating a new Marketing Director and would like to hire a figure-head for its Greater China business to further enhance its brand awareness across its portfolio.
Reporting to the Managing Director of Greater China, you will be leading a team of 6 with core focus on leading the marketing campaigns across Greater China region. You will be responsible for market researches, product planning, pricing, marketing communications, advertising and promotions. You are required to work closely with other senior leaders in sales, trade marketing, eCommerce and supply chain team on coordination of go-to-market strategies with ultimate goal of leading or developing the team in order to achieve the desired sales and profit goals.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you need to have excellent command of Chinese and English. You need to have solid FMCG or consumer product experience having prior exposure in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. It is an added advantage if someone has been based in PRC before. Your experience in managing multi-countries marketing will be critical and previous experience in running or assisting the launch of eCommerce business will also be ideal. You should have demonstrated yourself as a "change agent" that can bring organisational changes within your companies.
