About Our Client
My client is a technology private enterprise. It designs, manufactures and markets various switching power adapters. Their products are widely used in home appliances and mobile etc.
Reporting to the CEO/owner, you will be responsible for developing the global Sales Strategy and lead a team of regional sales leaders and demand management professionals in executing this strategy to deliver both top line revenue and product standard margin growth according to budget. Your key responsibilities will include defining appropriate metrics and measurements for managing sales productivity, new business opportunity pipeline health and sales force effectiveness, organize and manage the development and administration of global sales budgets, monthly Sales & Operational Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews, establish and grow strategic relationships with executive management/decision makers and to provide leadership and foster development of the sales organization by providing constructive feedback to all territory sales employees on a regular basis to improve sales processes and performance.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in sales leadership gained in a global organization with a track record of growing Sales and Margins, professional sales management and strategic sales planning and account management experience. To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly motivated and self driven with a strong sense of urgency. Experience of working in B2B electronics industry is a must.
