About Our Client
Our client is a leading Airline brand in Hong Kong. Well known and well loved, they are now growing and aiming to cement their brand in quality and options. Currently with many plans for expansion, they are looking to increase their partner airlines and destinations. They are now looking for a talented General Manager, Service Deliver & Customer Relations to lead and develop the team in Hong Kong.
As the General Manager, Service Delivery & Customer Relations you will directly report to the Director of Corporate Governance and Development. You are expected to lead the QA & Customer Relations Department to new heights by managing corporate service surveillance audits and checks for all services provided and drive process improvements in standards, policies and procedures to ensure quality in customer relations management.
Leading the team, you will drive a customer focused culture and manage customer satisfaction and handle complaints and operations during crises from a corporate level. You will also manage corporate relations and work with internal stakeholders for corporate social responsibility events/projects to enhance customer relations. You will also manage daily operations of the Hong Kong QA & Customer Relations Department.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a senior management position within a QA or Service Delivery background within the Airline Industry. You should have a good understanding of corporate service surveillance audits and process delivery improvements. You should have a track record of crisis management or managing negative impacts to company image. Those with experience liaising with the government/authority bodies in settling public disputes will be highly regarded. You should have an excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese as well as be presentable, excellent communications and confident demeanor. To achieve results you should be a strong leader and be commercially driven with a desire to take responsibility to develop the team and improve service delivery.
