About Our Client
Our client is a reputable organization in Hong Kong. An opportunity now exists for an experienced HR professional to join them.
Reporting directly to COO, this position is an integral member of the senior management team. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Administration duties for the group. Specially, you will develop and enhance practices across areas such as training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, as well as HR and Administration policies in line with the development strategies of the organization.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years solid senior HR management experience. It is essential that you have a strong track record working in sizeable organization, and be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. About all, you must posses strong leadership/interpersonal skills and the passion and energy to be act as a change agent and build an effective organisation structure.
