About Our Client
Our client is a Macau based company (HK main board listed). Due to business needs, the need arises for a Finance Manager and Company Secretary position based in Macau.
Reporting to the CFO, the role is responsible for group level reporting and consolidation including interim and annual reports as well as company secretary. The person will also provide critical financial analysis and closely monitor internal controls and procedures. He will also assist Management Team in group's future investment projects and strategic business developments
The Successful Applicant
The qualified candidate will need to be a degree holder with minimum 8 years of relevant experience. CPA qualification and Company Secretary experience is a must. Working experience in Big 4 and listed companies is preferred. Excellent command of English and Mandarin are necessarily in both written and spoken
