About Our Client
Our client is a group of investors and most recently expanded food & beverage as a part of their focus. The restaurant is located in a prime area of Hong Kong and servicing Currently, they are looking for an individual with both creative and commercial mindset to lead as Executive Chef.
Reporting to the Owners, your key responsibilities will be to act as a representative of the brand and ensure food quality and operations are aligned with the brand standards. Collaborating with internal teams, you will work closely with the General Manager to brainstorm strategically on methods to increase sales volume while maintaining innovation and quality. Your core duties may include creating menu items, managing food cost, involved in promotions & marketing and developing staff.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have at least 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Fine Dining. In-depth knowledge in Japanese / French cuisine is mandatory. Exceptional communication skills, demonstrative team leading and team oriented personality is key. Fluency in English is mandatory with preferences for those who are Chinese speaking as well.

Our client will offer an attractive salary package along with other allowances. Discretionary bonus may also be offered for the right candidate.
