About Our Client
Our client is a leading luxury fashion retailer with good presence in both retail and eCommerce, In order to optimize its ecommerce performance, they are now looking for candidate who is experienced in online/data analytics and customer insight analysis for luxury fashion business.
This role will be responsible for analyzing web traffics/data to identify trends and patterns in site performance and customer behavior by using different web analytics tool (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.) and web analytics methodologies (market analytics, online surveys, customer research). You will need to design, create and analyze daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboard and reports. You will also need to collect and consolidate data, identify opportunities for both enhance reporting, deep dives analysis and rule based automation of customer experience. You will work closely with online marketing team, ecommerce team, CRM team on sharing marketing campaigns result and making recommendations of improvement.
The Successful Applicant
This person need to be a degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce. You will need to have solid experience in using different data analytics tools and analytics methodologies (market analytics, online surveys, customer research). You will need to have ability to manage multiple projects with good attention to details. Excellent command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
