About Our Client
Our client is an International Fashion Brand with heavy retail presence in the global market. With their massive expansion into eCommerce in APAC, they are currently looking for an eCommerce specialist who is strong in managing day to day operation on online transaction, inventory control and order fulfillment services for e-platform in order to optimize site performance.
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce Operation, APAC, you will help to design and build up a proper operational process to optimize site performance and customer experience from home page to check up. You will oversee the on-going development and feature enhancement of the e-platform, including website and mobile apps version. You will develop and provide insights into streamlining the operational aspects of the business and develop plan for implementing improvements internally and with third party providers. You will also need to support sales and operation cost reconciliation, prepare regular and ad hoc operational reports.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree educated in marketing, business, digital or a related discipline. You will have a minimum of 6 years in operating an e-platform in a regional capacity. Ideal candidate should have an ability to manage various data sets and insights and reports. Excellent interpersonal skills with good command of English is required.
