Digital & CRM Manager
About Our Client
Our client is the largest food and beverage group in Hong Kong with wide range of business portfolios. With driving their business growth and brand awareness in the market, they are now looking for candidate who is experienced in digital marketing and eCRM operation management.
You will be directly reporting Head of Marketing and responsible for developing new digital touch points to build its online presence, including social media channels, online PR/KOL, mobile apps. You will need to lead the delivery of eCRM strategy, operation and campaigns execution. You will need to liaise with external vendors and internal IT/Marketing team to ensure quality implementation and maintenance of CRM and digital marketing campaigns & projects. You will also help to develop new online monitoring and data analytical models to track campaign effectiveness and customer behavior.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 6+ years of digital/CRM experience in retail industry, preferably with agency background
- Strong in number and data management
- Excellent communication in both English and Chinese
