About Our Client
Our client is one of the biggest names in its industrial with over 150 years of history behind the brands. Owning international as well as local & regional brands with its own manufacturing plants across the global, it is truly a fantastic place to work. We are now seeking for a Demand Planner to join the Hong Kong operation.
As a demand planner, you will analysis data collected from the sales & marketing team in order to project accurate forecast. By discussing gaps between budget, financial targets and the S&OP plan in order to get agreement with different stakeholders. You will also evaluate the impact of slow moving inventory, ageing stocks and future product events (launch/offers) on future sales volume as well as identifying & driving supply chain efficiency and continuous improvement opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience of Demand Planning with FMCG demonstrating thorough understanding of the overall supply chain process. S&OP experience and good command in English & Chinese is mandatory. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and analytical skills who has the ability to persuade and make sound judgement in a fast pace environment.
