About Our Client
Our client is well known beauty & cosmetics retailer that focuses on beauty services, treatments and skincare products. As they continue to expand in Hong Kong, they are looking for an individual with exceptional servicing skills to lead as Customer Training Manager.
Reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Development, you will oversee all of the training aspects in relations to servicing for all points of sale across Hong Kong. You will develop and monitor training programs tailored to achieve servicing standards set forth by the company. You will coordinate with Retail Operations team in creating policies and procedures to maintain consistency in servicing. Your duties may include coaching, reporting, handling customer complaint's and ad-hoc projects related to servicing.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years training experience within Hospitality / Luxury Retail Industry. Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline is required with preferences for those in HR or Psychology. Previous experience in retail or customer service training is highly preferred with exposure in handling customer complaints. Exceptional communication and presentation skills along with the ability to work independently is a must. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English in both written and spoken is mandatory.
