About Our Client
Our client is an US-based fashion retailer with exciting and ambitious plans to grow their e-Commerce business. With HK's office as their key hub, they are now looking for a candidate with strong experience in CRM from the retail industry to join their marketing team. This is a great opportunity for any candidates who are looking to gain more e-Commerce CRM experience.
The CRM Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and focus on developing and executing their customer marketing programmes with the purpose of driving traffic and sales online and offline. The manager will be responsible for market insights analysis and customer database segmentation, working with the team to plan and execute customer acquisition and conversion programmes. The CRM Manager will manage and external agencies, report and analyse campaign results using different metrics, constantly using the insights to further enhance the customer programmes.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree with 5+ years of experience gained from the retail sector. The candidate should have an analytical mindset, digital and data savvy, with the ability to interpret analysis reports and convert them into meaningful insights. An excellent command of English is required and knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage.
