About Our Client
Our client is a well-known ICT company with an established business in the region. They are now inviting a season sales professional from the industry to oversee their Hong Kong Operation.
Reporting to the Global Business Head, this is a key leadership role in the company which the incumbent will oversee the whole operation of the Hong Kong business. You will be responsible for formulating and driving sales strategies and managing the financial performance of the business. You will report to the Headquarter regularly on business performance, client development strategies as well as market trend and customer feedback. You will manage both sales team and the back office function of the company to drive performance and ensure a smooth and cost efficient operation.
The Successful Applicant
To be qualified for this role, you should be a degree holder with at least 15 years of relevant experience in the IT Consulting/ ICT industry. Prior experience working for well-known MNCs is highly preferred. Solid knowledge in revenue and profitability management is required. Successful experience in consultative selling as well as leading and coaching a sizeable sales and account management team is essential. You should be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and leadership charisma. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
