Contract Senior C&B/HRIS Officer

About Our Client
Our client is one of largest conglomerate with a diverse business portfolio.
- Provide end-to-end C&B service to business functions
- Support HRIS Implementation project (Peoplesoft)
Responsible for managing all aspects of employee C&B operations including monthly payroll, MPF, final payment, medical, tax returns etc.
Partner with HR teams in annual assignments such as year-end and mid-year review, discretionary performance bonus, incentive scheme, staff cost budget preparation and salary bench-marking exercises
- Any other ad hoc assignment assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of experience with C&B or HRIS.
- Energetic team player with a can-do attitude.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Technical know-how with MS Excel or other related software is needed.
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY is highly preferred!
