About Our Client
Our client is a well recognised brand name with an enviable reputation in Hong Kong market.
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will lead a professional team and be responsible for a wide range of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities at both strategic and operational level. You will consult, design and implement sound C&B policies and programs to sustain business strategies and the company's competitiveness in the market. In addition, you will lead the HRIS transformation program and ensure delivery of daily quality C&B services.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in Human Resources Management or an equivalent, you will have a proven track record in C&B spanning 8-10 years with fast-paced, dynamic sizeable companies. You will have demonstrated success in driving strategy with internal and external stakeholders and sound experience in delivering C&B initiatives in a timely and effective manner. You must possess can-do attitude, strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin will be essential.
