About Our Client
My client is a leading manufacturer sites in more than 20 counties and research and development centers globally.
This is a private held company that has over 2500 employers and their products are full range of additives.
Their success rests on their ability to partner with their suppliers and customers and help them to bring products to market quickly.
With the rapid growth of the Asia market, my client has expanded very quickly in this region especially greater China.
They had set up two major offices in both shanghai and HK
*Ensure consistency in all internal & global external communication concerning activities within this market.
oThis would include educating our organization regarding critical success factors, risks and opportunities related to area of activity.
*Develop & deliver sales and marketing presentations as needed.
*Performs all other additional projects and duties as assigned by management.
*Learning of available company's products suitable for this marketplace and taking steps to develop those that are needed. It also includes participation in appropriate industry discussion groups as determined by this person to enhance company's image and improve the company's market knowledge and relationships.
*Penetrate in the plastic chambers, associations, and customers to present company products applied assigned market and application segment
*Coordinate and Participate together Technical Service on trials and troubleshooting at customers and if necessary in field applications.
*Assist in developing technical brochures and other written or electronic material to support product business activities Work together Sales departments to introduce sales
*Support business development area through products line suggestion, new product requirements, evaluation, and qualification trials according to the market data requirements.
*Support business growth through product design, evaluation, and qualification trials.
The Successful Applicant
*Ten plus years of experience with Polymers, Additives and deep understanding be able to understand our customers' strategy and to identify the matching key factors that company can offer with the aim of gaining business.
*Experience in managing and conducting business in assigned market segment nationwide or in the region.
*Technically astute and business savvy.
*Strong experience and knowledge of Film market and/or other Film process or in selling raw material in China
*Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
