About Our Client
Our client is a globally well-loved market leader in premium confectionery with operations in over 20 countries. To support the continuous development of their business, they are now inviting a dynamic and driven Channel Sales Manager to expand their base and drive B2B sales in Hong Kong.
As the Channel Sales Manager, you will take P&L responsibilities and directly report to the APAC Sales Operations Director. You are expected to take ownership of setting business goals and driving channel sales strategies to gain market share and increase sales turnover. Building new business, you will develop sales strategies for various platforms, including online channels. By identifying and building new opportunities for sustainable growth, you will also be expected to nurture and lead a small high performing sales team. Working with partners and logistics providers, you will also manage and direct other internal teams to ensure high quality customer experience.
The Successful Applicant
You will have at least 5 years of Sales and Channel Management experience with a strong track record of significant new business sales growth in an MNC. Those with a background in channel management for premium corporate gifts and B2B confectionery sales will be highly regarded. You will have a good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese as well as be driven and resourceful with excellent communications and a can-do attitude. To achieve results you should be aggressive and be commercially driven with a desire to take responsibility to develop the market and grow your team.
