About Our Client
Our client is a globally recognized brand name with continued business success, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional of the highest caliber to join the company.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the primary focus of this exciting position will be to play a lead role in compensation and benefits initiatives and maintain on-going C&B programs across the region. Working as part of a small HR team, you will oversee the implementation and execution of rewards programs and provide pro-active advice on C&B issues and challenges, ensuring they are attractive and competitive.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 8 years of human resources experience, with a focus on C&B management across complex environment. A background in developing sales incentive and bonus systems in sales organisations will be highly regarded. You will possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills and be able to win the respect of internal stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin will be essential.
