About Our Client

1.Develop, implement and monitor the compensation and benefit related policies and procedures in order to ensure complies with company strategy, regional policies and all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards
2.Annual performance & compensation review
3.Assist the corporate C&B team to do salary and benefits surveys, make employee compensation to meet company compensation philosophy.
4.Perform cost/benefit analyses on compensation programs, develop more cost-effective and motivated compensation programs.
5.Coach and develop team member.
6.Income tax management for foreign employees.
7.Implement corporate CSR plan.
The Successful Applicant
1.Bachelor's Degree or above, strong knowledge of C&B function and familiar with Legal Law and Regulations.
2.At least 10 years C&B experiences in MNC including 2 years and above managerial experience.
3.Outstanding and fluent English competency in read, spoken and written forms .
4.Result driven leadership skills and capability to work in a multicultural environment
6.Computer skills in MS Office(Word, PPT, Excel….)
