About Our Client

- Implement and monitor the implementation of compensation and benefit related policies and procedures (market benchmark activities, employee benefits programs, work environment and employee recognition programs)
- Review & adjust the annual performance and salary;
- Promote and monitor
- Assist the C&B team to do payroll the long-term incentive plans (short-term, long-term incentive plans) based on corporate policy; and other benefits schemes for the employees; ,management, tax and benefit management (including payroll contribution of social insurance and housing fund).
- Proactively review the administration of compensation related activities and report to the board.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong knowledge of local labour law and experience in handling compensation and taxation
- Over 10 years working experience in Human Resource Management or long-term incentive and C&B related areas. Experience on setting long-term incentive plans is an advantage.
- Strong data analysis sense, good communication, influence, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong background / exposure in China HR area of MNC environment.
- Good HR acumen sense, creative with C&B flair & people oriented.
- Consulting firm background is a big plus
