About Our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong listed company and an opportunity now exists for an experienced human resources professional of the highest calibre to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the primary focus of this position will be to play a lead role in corporate compensation and benefits initiatives and maintaining on-going C&B programs across the region. Working as part of a small but vibrant HR team, you will oversee the implementation and execution of rewards programs and provide pro-active advice on C&b issues and challenges, ensuring they are attractive and competitive.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should be a degree holder with at least 8 year's human resources experience. More specifically, you will display a strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in compensation and benefits. An excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese is essential, while a high level of numeric and computer literacy is expected. Dynamic and mature, you must have the proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the region, both internally and externally, while being an excellent team player.
