About Our Client
Our client is a market leading firm with Premium Healthcare lines with a strong team of healthcare professionals and advanced genetics technology. To support the continuous development of their business, they are now inviting a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to manage their corporate client base in Hong Kong.
As the Business Development Manager, you will directly report to the General Manager and is expected to take ownership of all business development, key accounts management, strategy and planning activities to achieve growth targets. You will grow and develop a high caliber business development team. You will identify and build new business via the generation, identification and following up on sales leads. You will produce sales strategies and presentations for existing and new accounts, maximizing client base by cross-selling, building and maintaining relationships. You will foster relationships with senior management in corporations for service promotions
The Successful Applicant
You will have at least 5 years of Sales and Management experience with a strong track record of significant sales growth. You will have an excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese as well as be presentable, excellent communications and confident demeanor. To achieve results you should be aggressive and be commercially driven with a desire to take responsibility to develop the operations team.
