About Our Client
Our client is the market leader in design, advise and deliver learning and knowledge management solutions to their clients across different industries with the purpose of optimise knowledge and leadership skills within their organisation. With a good market coverage in Fortune 500 companies, they are current expanding their operation to meet global demand and are looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager for Hong Kong office.
Reporting to the Regional Head, you will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for company's products and services in the Hong Kong and China market. This role will suit a business professional with strong credentials in the new business sales and an aptitude to driving innovation change and revenue. The role involves in both key account management as well as business development in new markets. It requires you to build strong relationships and manage continuous development, performance and profitability of key accounts through liaise with senior management to define opportunities and optimise solutions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this position with be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair who has a personal drive and interest in business development. The candidate needs to be a degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in selling training & development solutions to corporate accounts.
