About Our Client
Our client is an international company focusing on skincare, cosmetic, body and hair and spa products. With a long history in Hong Kong, they are looking for a strong sales management professional to join them in expanding the business.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Brand Manager is a key position within their team, leading the development of the Hong Kong business. You will be responsible for the brand and strategic development in the retail space. Your role will involve business development, to explore new distribution channels and to expand the current business. You will have people management responsibilities leading sales, marketing and retail staff teams. It is important to build strong relationships with retail partners, construct strong marketing and promotion programs, ensure the execution of business strategy and to effectively drive sales. It is key to further build the brand presence in Hong Kong.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience within the beauty industry with at least 5 years within a people management role. You must be result-oriented, have a strong sales track record and have exceptional leadership, presentation and communication skills. It is critical that you are fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
